Local Races In Oregon & Washington

Most election stories are looking ahead to 2016, but there are several interesting local races and measure campaigns going on in Oregon and Washington this year.

We'll check in with OPB reporter Conrad Wilson about what voters will be asked to decide in Oregon and Washington, including:

• A 2 percent sales tax in Grants Pass
• An initiative that could block enforcement of new gun laws in Coos County
• The contentious port commissioner race in Vancouver

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3 and ballots are due by 8pm.
