Portland Public Schools Proposes Boundary Changes That Could Affect Thousands Of Students

Last week, Portland Public Schools revealed two possible scenarios for redrawing school boundaries within the district. Both plans call for converting some Kindergarten through eight grade (K-8) schools into separate elementary and middle schools.
