Staffing Changes At Oregon Governor's Office

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown has announced two new hires in her office. The Democrat has appointed Abby Tibbs as Deputy Chief of Staff.

Tibbs previously served as a lobbyist for Oregon Health & Science University. Brown also named Debbie Koreski as her Housing and Human Services Policy Advisor.

Koreski is currently a lobbyist for Portland State University.

Brown's office also announced the departure of two staff members.

Economic advisor Vince Porter and Communications Director Kristen Grainger are leaving this month. Brown praised both Porter and Grainger in a statement.
