Measure 110 would decriminalize the possession of specific amounts of illegal drugs and direct more money toward drug treatment. But critics of the measure say that its backers have failed to consult with many of the main stakeholders dealing with addiction and treatment in Oregon. Mike Marshall, the co-founder and director of the addiction support nonprofit Oregon Recovers, opposes the measure. They join us.
