Family of prisoner decries COVID-19 safety measures

Michael Harrington’s brother has underlying conditions and lives in a congregate care setting, but he’s not currently prioritized to get a vaccine anytime soon. That’s because his brother is an inmate in Department of Corrections custody. We talk to Michael Harrington about his brother’s experience testing positive for COVID-19 while incarcerated.
