THANKS TO OUR SPONSOR:

A group of students in the Salem-Keizer school district have created a suicide prevention guide for their fellow students. The students are a part of a nonprofit, Live To Tell, whose goal is to ensure student voices are heard in the district. The guide gives advice on how to talk about suicidal ideations and how to spot the signs of someone who might be contemplating suicide. Arnav Mohindra is the president of Live to Tell and joins us to share the work he and his group have done.

If you or someone you know may be considering suicide, contact the Oregon’s YouthLine at 1-877-968-8491 or text “teen2teen” to 839863
