The legislatures in Washington and Oregon are still  struggling to pass the final bills of their respective sessions. In Washington, legislators have vowed to pass a budget by the end of the day today to keep the government running.

We talk to our Salem reporter Chris Lehman and Olympia reporter Austin Jenkins about the similar issues both legislatures are debating, including transportation fundingmarijuana taxes, and last minute negotiations.
