Multnomah County’s Preschool for All program lives on

The universal preschool program in Multnomah County barely survived a legislative challenge and critique from the governor’s office. Now, Gov. Tina Kotek has given the program a deadline to reduce the tax burden and fix the program.

Leslee Barnes, director of the Preschool and Early Learning Division at Multnomah County, joins us to discuss how she will do that.
