Local author Diana Abu-Jaber's latest book is a memoir called "Life Without a Recipe." She talks about food, culture, and cooking with Katrina Sarson, host of OPB's Art Beat, in this conversation recorded at Portland's Wordstock festival. - Ken Forkish: Chef and owner of Ken's Artisan Pizza, Ken's Artisan Bakery, and Trifecta Tavern. His latest cookbook is "The Elements of Pizza."
- Gabrielle Quiñónez Denton and Greg Denton: Chefs and owners of Ox and Superbite. Their cookbook is "Around the Fire."
- Naomi Pomeroy: Chef and owner of Beast and Expatriate. Her cookbook is "Taste and Technique: Recipes to Elevate Your Home Cooking."
- Ellen Jackson: A food writer and stylist, her latest cookbook is the "Portland Farmer's Market Cookbook."
